An established and growing construction business is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join its team across a mix of high-end residential and industrial/commercial projects.

About the Role
We are looking to identify an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a variety of residential and industrial/commercial construction projects.
Residential projects will typically range from $500k to $2.5m, with a focus on high-end, bespoke homes. The business is also looking to expand further into the luxury residential market, with plans to target larger homes valued at $5m–$6m over the next 12 months.
Industrial and commercial projects will range from $500k to $10m.
Responsibilities
You will take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety targets are achieved.
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to practical completion.
- Manage 2-3 projects concurrently
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement and contract administration.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
- Monitor project performance, quality assurance and compliance.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage project risks, variations and commercial outcomes.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Work closely with the leadership team to support the continued growth of the business.
About You
- 4–5+ years' experience in Project Management within the construction industry.
- Experience delivering residential, bespoke housing and/or industrial/commercial construction projects.
- Comfortable managing projects ranging from smaller-scale builds through to more complex construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, programming, procurement and project financials.
- Experience managing subcontractors, consultants and client relationships.
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- A practical, solutions-driven approach with a genuine focus on quality and project outcomes.
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Work across a varied portfolio of high-end residential and industrial/commercial projects.
