The Candidate
Contractors are engaged directly through Morson Edge.
We manage:
- Wages, superannuation and payroll tax
- Employment under the relevant award or agreement structure
- Insurance coverage including PI, PL and Workers Compensation
- Compliance and onboarding through WorkPro
- Ongoing monitoring of work rights, licences and certifications
The Client
Every placement is managed on a project-by-project basis with flexible contractual arrangements tailored to your business needs.
Our process includes:
- Weekly timesheet approvals
- Weekly invoicing aligned to contractor payroll cycles
- Standard 14-day payment terms unless agreed otherwise
- No fixed minimum or maximum contract periods
- Flexible workforce scaling without long-term commitment
Should you decide to transition a contractor into a permanent employee, temporary-to-permanent terms are agreed upfront.
