We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a carpentry background to take ownership of architecturally designed homes valued up to $10M, from commencement through to handover.
The role is with a reputable high-end residential builder known for exceptional craftsmanship, a strong team culture and supportive working environment across Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
You’ll lead the day-to-day site delivery, managing trades, programme, quality and finishes while remaining hands on when need be.

- Identify design and buildability issues before they impact delivery
- Maintain exceptional standards across quality, finishes and safety
- Liaise with Project Managers, architects, consultants and private clients
- Jump on the tools when required to support the team and programme
- Trade-qualified Carpenter with a strong carpentry background
- Proven Site Foreman experience on $3M+ high-end residential projects
- Full lifecycle experience across 2–3+ architectural residential builds
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings
- Strong interpersonal client facing and subcontractor management skills
- High attention to detail with a strong understanding of premium finishes
