Our client is a growing high-end residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes valued from $5M–$40M across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their growing team taking commercial ownership across procurement, contracts, cost management and project financials.

- Lead procurement and tender evaluation across subcontract packages
- Negotiate scopes, pricing and subcontract agreements
- Administer contracts, variations, claims and project correspondence
- Manage subcontract packages from procurement through to final account
- Monitor budgets, costs, forecasts and overall project financial performance
- Identify opportunities to protect margins and improve project profitability
- Support construction programming alongside Site Managers and Foremen
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
- 7+ years’ experience within construction Contracts Administration
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects up to $20m+ (open to Class 1 & 2)
- Strong procurement, negotiation and contract administration capability
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials
- Confident operating autonomously across site and stakeholder teams
