- Work directly alongside the Director, providing commercial and project support across multiple high-end residential developments
- Assist with Contracts Administration including preparing subcontract agreements, purchase orders, procurement documentation and variations
- Coordinate subcontractor compliance including insurances, licences and contractual documentation
- Prepare project documentation, correspondence, RFIs and maintain accurate project registers
- Support procurement by obtaining quotes, tracking approvals and coordinating supplier information
- Assist with project cost tracking, progress claims and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects continue to progress efficiently
- Maintain accurate project documentation using industry-leading construction software
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and administrative efficiencies as the business continues to grow
- Previous experience working within a construction, property or architecture environment is essential
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Commercial Administrator, Project Coordinator or Contracts Administrator
- Previous exposure to Contracts Administration within the construction industry is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of construction terminology, procurement and project documentation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
- Highly proficient across Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn new construction software
- Proactive, professional and solutions-focused with exceptional attention to detail
