We are currently partnering with a highly respected Mechanical Services contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing Sydney team.

About the Role
Due to continued growth and recent changes within the team, an opportunity has become available for a Senior Estimator to join a high-performing pre-construction division.
Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in preparing detailed and competitive HVAC/mechanical estimates across major projects throughout Sydney.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate HVAC/mechanical estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
- Performing detailed take-offs and cost planning
- Coordinating supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Supporting the delivery of large-scale commercial, healthcare, and data centre projects
- Managing multiple tenders simultaneously within strict deadlines
- Utilising Bluebeam and Excel extensively throughout the estimating process
- Assisting with value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders throughout the tender lifecycle
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within HVAC / Mechanical Services contracting
- Strong Tier 1 or major project exposure
- Experience delivering estimates across hospitals, data centres, or major commercial developments
- Exposure to projects valued up to $80M
- Advanced Bluebeam capability
- Strong Excel and cost analysis skills
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Stable employment history within the mechanical services industry
