These opportunities sit within high-performing project teams delivering architecturally designed multi-residential developments.
About the Role
This is a high-profile Gold Coast project with a high-level of architectural design and specification.
As a result, we are looking to secure a standout Senior Project Engineer, someone who has delivered high-value projects with another Tier 1 or mid to high Tier 2 builder or builder developer.
It's a multi-faceted role and will incorporate the following.
- Design coordination and documentation management
- Procurement and subcontractor coordination
- On-site delivery across structural, façade, and services packages
- Programming support, sequencing, and progress tracking
- QA inspections and compliance
- Cost tracking, variations, and project reporting
- Working closely with Project Managers and Site teams
About You
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience with a Head Contractor or Builder Developer
- Background in delivering building projects, ideally in the $80m+ category
- Exposure to one or more sectors: Residential, Commercial, Health, Education, Mixed-Use
- Residential or mixed-use project experience is highly regarded
- Sound understanding of medium to high-rise buildings
- Comfortable working with project systems such as Aconex
- Strong communication skills with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively within fast-paced site teams
