About the Role
We are looking to identify an ambitious Project Engineer or Junior Project Manager who is ready to take the next step in their construction career.
This role offers a genuine and structured pathway towards becoming a Project Manager in the future.
You will work closely with and be mentored by a Project Manager and Site Manager, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle while taking on increasing responsibility.
Current projects sit within the Commercial / Industrial sector around the $10m construction value marker, but also include Hospitality, Retail and Commercial offices and business spaces.
Requirements
- Experience working for a reputable construction contractor
- Currently working as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Junior Project Manager, or Contract Administrator with site-based experience
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, programming, procurement, contracts, and project delivery
- Comfortable working closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
- Ambitious, organised, and keen to progress into a full Project Manager position in the future
- Willingness to travel to project sites across South East Queensland
