About the Role
Reporting to the Site Manager & Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of this major project by managing the day-to-day supervision of subcontractors and trades across your allocated work fronts.
Manage the structural work package, coordinate multiple teams, and be accountable for progress and delivery.
You will ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while maintaining programme and productivity targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Structures Foreman / Site Foreman / General Foreman or Site Manager on large-scale high-value commercial construction projects
- Experience working on projects valued at $100m+ is highly regarded
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily construction activities
- Ensure works are completed in accordance with programme and quality expectations
- Conduct daily pre-starts and maintain a strong safety culture across site
- Monitor productivity and proactively resolve site issues
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Team to achieve key project milestones
- Strong understanding of structural packages
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Trade qualification within the construction industry preferred
