The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Brisbane team, delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects typically valued between $500k-$3m.

You will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, working closely with the internal design and delivery team, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Key Duties
- Develop and manage construction programs and procurement schedules
- Manage the procurement of materials and subcontractors in conjunction with the project team
- Ensure projects are delivered in full compliance with WHS requirements
- Develop and maintain project quality plans and ensure required standards are maintained
- Attend and lead weekly site and project meetings
- Prepare regular project reports and provide formal project updates
- Manage client, consultant and subcontractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks and challenges as they arise
- Maintain strong attention to detail across project delivery, documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Project Manager within the fit-out and refurbishment industry
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, ideally in the $500k–$5M range
- Experience across Commercial, Retail or Hospitality projects
- Tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering, or a relevant trade qualification with further industry education
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Dynamic, passionate and team-oriented approach
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
