3-Month Contracts | Multiple Positions | Sydney
We are currently seeking experienced Site Supervisors for multiple university upgrade and refurbishment projects across Sydney.
These are 3-month contract opportunities working within live, operational university environments, requiring supervisors who are confident managing trades, coordinating works and minimising disruption to students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and subcontractors.
- Coordinate refurbishment and upgrade works within occupied buildings.
- Manage site safety, quality and project timelines.
- Liaise with university stakeholders and project management teams.
- Coordinate trades and ensure works are completed to programme.
- Manage site access, deliveries and works around operational areas.
- Ensure minimal disruption to university operations.
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Essential: Experience delivering upgrade works in live, operational environments.
- Previous university, education or similar occupied-building experience highly regarded.
- Strong subcontractor coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and tight project programmes.
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements.
- White Card and relevant construction qualifications.
