A reputable and growing high-end residential builder is looking for a passionate and driven Site Manager to join its close-knit team, initially taking ownership of a $2M architecturally designed project in Sydney's Inner West.
This is a predominantly off-the-tools position suited to someone who has progressed through carpentry into Leading Hand, Foreman or Site Management and understands the level of detail required across premium residential construction.
You'll work on design-led projects with significant architectural and interior detailing, supported by a strong network of quality trades and an experienced project team.

- Manage projects from site establishment through to handover
- Drive programme, sequencing and day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, materials and deliveries
- Manage detailed finishes, joinery and architectural detailing
- Liaise with the Project Manager, architects, designers and clients
- Maintain exceptional standards across quality, safety and presentation
- Manage site reporting and documentation through Procore
- Trade-qualified Carpenter with a strong technical background
- Previous Leading Hand, Foreman or Site Manager experience
- Delivered multiple projects as number one on site from start to finish
- High-end residential experience is essential
- Strong experience across detailed architectural finishes and interiors
- Confident reading architectural and structural documentation
- Strong trade management, programming and communication skills
