This role would suit someone who is confident running a project independently, managing trades and maintaining high standards of workmanship across a high-end residential build.
Reporting to a Project Manager based interstate, you will need to be hands-on, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of the day-to-day site operations with minimal support.
The Role
- Manage the day-to-day running of a luxury residential renovation
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
- Maintain high standards of quality, finishes and workmanship
- Monitor progress, programme and site safety
- Resolve on-site issues and keep the project moving
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager
- Previous experience as a Site Manager on residential construction or renovation projects
- Experience delivering high-end or luxury residential projects will be highly regarded
- Confident managing a site independently with minimal supervision
- Strong trade coordination, programme management and problem-solving skills
- Established relationships with local subcontractors and trades will be highly beneficial
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around quality and finishes
- Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension
- Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
