We are currently looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a leading contractor on a major data centre project in North West Sydney.
This is a great opportunity for a strong structures-focused Foreman with experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial or data centre projects.
The Role Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team, you will be responsible for overseeing structural works on site, including:
- Managing day-to-day structural works and subcontractors
- Coordinating concrete, formwork, reinforcement and associated trades
- Managing pours and ensuring works are delivered to programme
- Ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained
- Coordinating labour, materials and site logistics
- Reviewing drawings and resolving site issues
- Conducting pre-starts and toolbox meetings
- Working closely with Site Managers, Engineers and subcontractors
- Driving programme and ensuring key structural milestones are achieved
- Previous experience as a Structures Foreman / General Foreman
- Strong background across concrete structures
- Experience on large commercial, industrial or data centre projects preferred
- Confident managing multiple subcontractors and trades
- Strong understanding of structural drawings and construction sequencing
- Excellent communication and site coordination skills
- Strong focus on safety, quality and programme
- Available to start at short notice
