An established and highly regarded construction contractor is seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join the team on a landmark Gold Coast residential development.

About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of a major luxury high-rise development in Broadbeach, working closely with the Site Manager and Project Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finishing works across the project.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure works are completed to a high-quality standard and programme.
- Coordinate internal finishes, joinery, tiling, painting, flooring and other finishing trades.
- Conduct inspections and manage defects and rectification works.
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Maintain strong communication with subcontractors, consultants and the project team.
- Assist with programming and sequencing of finishing trades.
- Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman on commercial or residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of high-end internal finishes.
- High-rise or multi-storey experience highly regarded.
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Relevant construction experience and qualifications.
- Work on a major luxury high-rise development in Broadbeach.
