An established and highly regarded construction contractor is seeking an experienced Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join their team on a landmark Gold Coast residential development.

About the Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineers, you will assist with the day-to-day delivery of a major luxury high-rise development in Broadbeach.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors and day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor construction progress and project milestones.
- Manage RFIs, shop drawings, QA documentation and reporting.
- Assist with procurement, programming and project coordination.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer or Project Coordinator.
- Experience on commercial or residential building projects.
- High-rise or multi-storey experience highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and project coordination.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Relevant construction or engineering qualification.
- Work on a major luxury high-rise development in Broadbeach.
