We're partnering with a global renewable energy company delivering large-scale wind farm projects across Australia. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to support the delivery of multiple utility-scale wind energy developments.

Based in Melbourne head office, this role will report directly to the Head of Logistics and play a key role in managing complex transport and logistics activities across active and upcoming projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with wind energy, heavy industry, mining, power generation or major infrastructure experience who enjoys working across both domestic and international supply chains.

The Role
  • Manage logistics planning and execution across multiple wind farm projects
  • Coordinate transport of oversized and heavy haulage components
  • Manage route surveys, permitting and transport approvals
  • Liaise with transport contractors, logistics providers and project delivery teams
  • Work closely with international manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders, including regular interaction with teams based in China
  • Support logistics planning from project development through to construction delivery
  • Monitor logistics schedules, risks and performance outcomes
  • Travel regularly to project sites across Australia, with occasional international travel as required
About You
  • Previous experience in a Logistics Manager, Project Logistics, Supply Chain or Transport Management role
  • Strong experience within wind energy is highly regarded
  • Alternatively, experience delivering logistics for major infrastructure, mining, power generation or heavy industrial projects may be considered.
  • Understanding of oversized transport, heavy haulage and route assessment processes
  • Experience coordinating permits and transport approvals
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable collaborating with international teams across different time zones
