There has also been a shift away from traditional long-standing CAD programs to more 3D centric platforms such as Revit and ArchiCAD. In 2016, we introduced the Morson Edge Academy program, which meticulously breaks down the consultant role into 30 modules focusing on candidates, clients, and sales. This comprehensive program is delivered over the first six months of a trainee&rsquo;s tenure with the company ensuring they are equipped with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in their role. We have launched a structured mentoring program that maintains an updated roster of willing mentors within our business.
