This is a site-based role working closely with the project team and civil contractors across the delivery of the civil works package.
We're looking for a Civil Engineer with a minimum of 2 years' site-based experience and a good understanding of day-to-day civil construction.
The Role
You will be involved across:
- Internal and external access roads
- Earthworks and drainage
- Turbine slabs and foundations
- Site inspections and quality checks
- Monitoring contractor progress
- Reviewing construction documentation
- Maintaining site records and reporting
- Supporting the wider project team with day-to-day engineering requirements
- Working closely with civil subcontractors to ensure works are delivered to programme and specification
- $66-87/hr + super depending on experience
- 19 days on / 9 days off
- DIDO from Adelaide preferred
- Camp or house accommodation provided
- Approx. 60 hours per week
- Travel days paid up to 8 hours
- 12-month contract with view to extend
- Large-scale renewable energy project
We're looking for a Civil Engineer with:
- Civil Engineering degree recognised by Engineers Australia
- Minimum 2 years' site-based civil construction experience
- Experience across earthworks, roads, concrete or general civil works
- Good understanding of construction processes and site documentation
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively with contractors and site teams
- Comfortable working a remote project roster
- Full Working Rights for the duration of the contract
