Sydney | Intermediate Revit | Class 2 Projects
Looking for more responsibility? Lead quality projects, mentor junior Architects and progress into senior leadership.
- Project Lead opportunity
- Class 2 & mixed-use projects
- Sydney CBD | Short walk from Central Station
When I recently met with this growing Sydney practice, we certainly spoke about technical ability, Revit skills and project experience. What stood out most, however, was how much of the conversation centred around the type of person they wanted to bring into the team.
They're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well and enjoys helping others. Someone who's approachable, contributes ideas and is ready to play an important role within a collaborative studio.
Why this opportunity is worth considering This is an opportunity to join a well-established architecture practice with a strong pipeline of Class 2 multi-residential and mixed-use projects.
You'll lead projects from documentation through to delivery while remaining hands-on throughout the process. Working closely with experienced Directors, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, mentor junior team members and play an important role in the continued growth of the practice.
What I particularly liked was that they weren't searching for someone who already knows everything. They were looking for someone who is still curious, enjoys learning and wants to continue building their career.

Role standouts
When I met with the Directors, one thing became clear. They weren't simply looking for the strongest technical candidate. They kept coming back to attitude, communication and leadership potential.
I also liked hearing about someone who joined the practice as a Project Lead and progressed into a Senior Associate role within two years. It wasn't presented as a selling point, just part of a conversation about how the business has grown, which made it feel genuine.
Walking through the studio, the team came across as approachable and collaborative, with people naturally helping each other. It left me with the impression of a practice where you'll be trusted, supported and given the opportunity to grow.
