We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Gold Coast team. You'll start by learning the foundations of recruitment as a Resourcer, working alongside experienced consultants to source and manage candidates. As you develop, you'll progress into a 360 Recruitment Consultant, managing your own clients, vacancies and earning uncapped commission.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates through SEEK, LinkedIn and referrals
- Conduct phone screenings and reference checks
- Build talent pipelines and manage candidate relationships
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding and compliance
- Write candidate profiles and job advertisements
- Support consultants with live vacancies while learning the full recruitment process
Recruitment experience isn't essential.
We're looking for people with experience in sales, customer service, business development or other people-focused roles who are ready to build a long-term career.
