An established yet growing Building Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-end luxury Mixed-Use (Commercial & Retail) development in Brisbane.

With multiple projects currently under construction and a strong pipeline of future work, they continue to grow while maintaining a collaborative and people-first culture.
The business is led by personable and highly experienced Directors, supported by an approachable leadership team that includes Construction Managers, Project Managers and site-based teams who are passionate about delivering exceptional projects.
About the Role
We are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a landmark $100m+ high-rise mixed-use development in Brisbane.
Having progressed through the early planning and pre-construction stages, the project is now entering the delivery phase. You will oversee the project through to completion, ensuring programme, commercial, quality and safety objectives are achieved.
Working closely with the Construction Manager, commercial team, consultants and site personnel, you will lead the project from both a strategic and operational perspective while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the build.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering high-rise Multi-Residential, Mixed-Use or Commercial projects valued between $50m and $150m+.
- Proven ability to manage project programmes, budgets, procurement strategies and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience overseeing project cost performance, contract administration, and risk management.
- Ability to lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Strong technical understanding of structures, building services and construction methodologies.
- Experience working for a reputable Tier 2 or established mid-tier building contractor or builder developer is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
