An established and highly regarded commercial HVAC and Mechanical Services contractor is currently looking to recruit experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join their growing Sydney team.
The business delivers servicing, maintenance, breakdown response and project works across a range of commercial, healthcare, industrial, retail, hospitality and critical environment sites throughout Sydney.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking experienced technicians with strong fault-finding and commercial HVAC experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity with career progression available.

The Role As a HVAC Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Preventative and reactive maintenance across commercial HVAC systems
- Fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
- Servicing and maintaining VRV/VRF systems, chillers, package units, AHUs, FCUs, ducted and split systems
- Breakdown response and emergency call-outs
- Commissioning and testing of HVAC equipment
- Mechanical ventilation servicing and repairs
- Liaising directly with clients, site managers and facility managers
- Completing service reports and job management through SIMPro or similar systems
- Working across a variety of commercial and industrial sites throughout Sydney
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Minimum 4+ years post-trade HVAC experience
- Strong commercial HVAC service and maintenance background
- Experience with VRV/VRF systems, chillers and commercial plant equipment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of WHS procedures and safe work practices
- Restricted or Unrestricted Electrical Licence
- Experience within hospitals, data centres or critical environments
- Experience mentoring apprentices or junior technicians
- $110K - $130K + super Depending on Experience
