Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of multiple hydraulic projects valued between $10M–$30M, managing 10+ projects concurrently.
- Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage projects from planning through to completion across hospitals, metro infrastructure, data centres, and commercial developments.
- Oversee project programming, labour allocation, procurement, and subcontractor management.
- Review design coordination and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to specification.
- Manage progress claims, variations, commercial reporting, and contract administration.
- Drive project profitability through effective cost control and commercial management.
- Utilise project management platforms including Aconex, Procore, and similar systems.
- Trade qualification as a Licensed Plumber (essential).
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Construction Manager within hydraulic services or commercial construction delivering large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
- The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, safety, and commercial outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, claims, variations, and project documentation.
- Experience coordinating designs and ensuring buildability across projects.
- Proficiency using Aconex, Procore, or similar project management software.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing Project Managers and site teams.
- Strong commercial acumen, reporting capability, and stakeholder management skills.
