We’re looking for a hands-on Supervisor with proven apartment construction experience who is confident managing large site teams and driving programme outcomes on fast-paced builds.

- Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered on schedule
- Monitoring safety, quality and overall site presentation
- Coordinating materials, labour and site activities
- Managing site issues and keeping communication flowing across the project
- Current Electrical Licence is essential
- Previous experience supervising electrical works on high rise construction projects
- Proven ability managing crews of 15+ personnel on-site
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively with builders and other trades
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
