Eastern Suburbs, Sydney | Architectural Renovations
I'm working with a growing boutique residential builder looking for an experienced Site Foreman to oversee two high-end renovations in Randwick and Bondi, valued between $1M–$2M.
You'll manage the day-to-day site operations, working closely with a Project Manager who oversees programming, procurement and broader project administration.
The Role
- Lead subcontractors and coordinate daily construction activities
- Oversee workmanship, quality control and site safety
- Interpret architectural drawings and resolve technical challenges
- Manage construction sequencing and maintain progress across both sites
- Complete daily site logs and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager
- Remain hands-on where required to support project delivery
- Monday–Friday | No weekend work
- Hands-on site leadership with autonomy over daily operations
- Dedicated Project Manager support across programming, procurement and administration
- Ongoing pipeline across the Eastern Suburbs and Sutherland Shire
- Close-knit team with a strong focus on quality workmanship
- Trade-qualified Carpenter with strong high-end residential experience
- Proven experience as the No. 1 on site, delivering renovations from start to finish
- Strong technical understanding of architectural renovations
- Confident managing trades and running site operations independently
- Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously highly regarded
