The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the Brisbane team, delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects up to $30M.

You will take ownership of the site management of projects from early stages through to completion, working closely with the site team, consultants, subcontractors, stakeholders and the wider company team.
Key Duties
- Develop and manage site construction programs and procurement schedules
- Manage the subcontractors in conjunction with the project management team
- Ensure projects are delivered in full compliance with WHS requirements
- Develop and maintain project quality plans and ensure required standards are maintained
- Attend and lead weekly site and project meetings
- Manage client, consultant and subcontractor relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and resolve project issues, risks and challenges as they arise
- Maintain strong attention to detail across project delivery, documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Site Manager within the fit-out and refurbishment industry
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, ideally in the $3M–$30M range
- Experience across Commercial, Retail or Hospitality projects preferred
- Tertiary qualification in Building, Construction or Engineering, or a relevant trade qualification with further industry education
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Dynamic, passionate and team-oriented approach
- Experience with Procore is highly regarded
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
