We are currently working with a leading Australian construction company who are looking to add an experienced HSE Advisor to their team.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on safety professional who enjoys being close to the project, working collaboratively with site teams and having a genuine influence on safety outcomes.
You’ll be joining a supportive HSE team and working across a major Brisbane construction project, with the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals and build on your career within a well-established builder.

- Provide day-to-day HSE support across the project
- Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations
- Support project teams with risk assessments, SWMS and safety documentation
- Investigate incidents and assist with corrective actions
- Drive safety initiatives and promote a positive safety culture
- Provide guidance and coaching to site personnel and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards and company requirements
- Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction environment
- Relevant tertiary qualification in WHS, OHS or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of construction safety legislation, systems and best practice
- Experience across site inspections, audits, incident investigations, risk assessments and SWMS
- Confident working with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors and wider site teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive a positive safety culture
