In 2016, we introduced the Morson Edge Academy program, which meticulously breaks down the consultant role into 30 modules focusing on candidates, clients, and sales. This comprehensive program is delivered over the first six months of a trainee&rsquo;s tenure with the company ensuring they are equipped with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in their role.
