We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Construction CA / Site Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative and compliance support to our construction site.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is confident working in a busy construction environment and has strong experience across data entry, WHS administration, document control and general back-office administration.

You will work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and wider construction team to ensure the day-to-day administration of the project runs efficiently and all required documentation is accurate, current and properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the construction site and project team
  • Data entry and record keeping
  • Maintain project files, registers, spreadsheets and databases
  • Assist with WHS administration and compliance, including maintaining site records and documentation
  • Manage inductions, training records, licences and competency documentation
  • Maintain subcontractor and supplier documentation
  • Assist with purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and other project administration
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and site documentation
  • Maintain document control and ensure current versions of documents are accessible
  • Assist with site meeting minutes, action registers and follow-up items
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist with project filing and general office administration
  • Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with ad-hoc administrative requirements within required timeframes
About You
The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in a construction CA, Site Administrator, Project Administrator or similar role
  • Strong experience with data entry and administration
  • Practical understanding of WHS requirements within a construction environment
  • Remediation project experience would be a bonus
  • Experience maintaining compliance registers and site documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting the wider project team
  • A proactive, practical and reliable approach to your work
  • Previous experience dealing with subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
What's on Offer
  • 4-6 month contract initially, potential for extension and permanency 
  • $40-$45 per hour 
  • Monday - Friday 
  • Full time Hours 
  • Weekly Pay 
Construction Experience is Essential
We are looking for someone who understands the pace and demands of a construction site. You should be comfortable working alongside Site Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and project teams and understand the importance of accurate documentation and compliance.

A strong background in construction administration and WHS administration is highly regarded.
