The Role We're looking for experienced carpenters who are confident working independently, as well as senior carpenters or team leaders who can take responsibility for coordinating trades and keeping projects moving.
Depending on your experience, your role may include:
- General carpentry across renovation, extension and residential projects
- Framing, fixing and finishing works
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Managing day-to-day site activities
- Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Managing materials, deliveries and site requirements
- Communicating with builders, supervisors and other trades
- Keeping projects on schedule and maintaining site productivity
- Trade Qualified Carpenter
- Strong residential carpentry experience
- Experience in renovations, extensions or new builds
- Team Leader experience highly regarded
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Construction White Card
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Own tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication and leadership skills
