Your New Company Our client is an established construction business with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale high-density residential and mixed-use projects across Sydney.

With multiple $300M+ projects and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to grow their site teams with experienced Foremen who want long-term stability and genuine career progression.

Your New Role Multiple opportunities are available across Structure, Finishes and General Foreman positions.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll take ownership of your allocated area and be responsible for:

• Coordinating subcontractors and driving daily site activities.
• Managing short-term programme, sequencing and productivity.
• Overseeing structure, finishes or multiple stages of construction, depending on your experience.
• Managing quality, ITPs, inspections and defect rectification.
• Ensuring works meet project, NCC and Australian Standards requirements.
• Driving WHS and maintaining strong standards across site.
• Working closely with the Site Manager and project team to resolve issues and maintain programme.

To Be Successful

• Experience as a Foreman, Structures Foreman, Finishes Foreman or General Foreman.
• Background delivering high-rise residential, mixed-use or other large-scale construction projects.
• Strong subcontractor management and site coordination experience.
• Trade background or relevant Building & Construction qualification preferred.
• Good understanding of programme, QA, ITPs, NCC and Australian Standards.
• Experience with Procore, Aconex or similar systems is advantageous.
