The Opportunity A busy Sydney residential builder is looking for a Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join the team on a major Class 2 development currently in structure.

You’ll join an experienced project team at a key stage of the build, taking ownership of structural packages before progressing through the wider delivery of the project.

With a strong pipeline of large-scale residential work ahead, this is a long-term opportunity rather than just one project.

The Role

Manage and coordinate structural packages
RFIs, shop drawings and design coordination
Subcontractor and consultant coordination
Programming and procurement
QA, ITPs and inspections
Resolve design and buildability issues
Monitor programme, progress and quality

About You

Site Engineer ready to step up or an experienced Project Engineer
Experience working on $50M+ projects
Head contractor / residential builder background
Class 2 experience highly regarded
Strong structures / concrete / FRP exposure
Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related qualification
