- 7+ years’ experience within construction Contracts Administration
- Proven experience across high-end residential construction
- Strong procurement, negotiation and contract administration skills
- Operate autonomously with strong commercial and financial acumen
- Communicate confidently with Site Managers, Foremen and stakeholders
