Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HSE documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures
- Support data management, reporting, and accurate record-keeping of HSE metrics
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and risk management processes
- Coordinate site inductions, training records, and competency tracking
- Provide support during audits and inspections
- Assist with workforce communication and HSE engagement initiatives
- Deliver general administrative support to the HSE team
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Experience coordinating with site-based personnel
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Sound knowledge of HSE systems and reporting tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in document control and management
- Construction Industry White Card (essential)
- Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
