The Role
This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director. As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for work winning and the operational delivery of projects, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with head contract terms, company systems, and statutory requirements.

The Role

You’ll oversee the performance of delivery teams, maintain key client and stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the safe and compliant delivery of projects through robust systems and WHSE practices
- Develop and mentor project teams to ensure capability, professionalism, and alignment to company values
- Provide regular construction and operational reporting to senior management
- Ensure subcontractor, supplier, and client relationships are managed with integrity and transparency
- Support estimating and pre-construction teams with methodology, program, and subcontractor engagement
- Drive programming discipline and ensure timely delivery across all projects
- Represent the company in industry events, CRM meetings, and broader business planning activities
- Oversee compliance with IR and statutory obligations, including union negotiations where required
- Contribute to ongoing development and refinement of business systems and operational procedures
- Extensive experience in a senior construction leadership role (Construction Manager or Project Director level)
- Proven track record delivering large-scale commercial / residential projects ($50M - $100M)
- Efficient delivery of the projects and new business opportunities
- Deep knowledge of WHS, contract administration, programming and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on team development and high performance
- Ability to manage compliance, subcontractor performance, and client expectations simultaneously
- Commercial acumen with strategic thinking and a collaborative leadership style
