- Design-led multi-residential projects
- Involvement from concept through to delivery
- Brisbane studio with a steady pipeline of work
An opportunity for an Architectural Graduate or Project Leader to step into a role with more responsibility across well-considered residential projects.
THE ROLE
This Brisbane-based studio is known for delivering thoughtful, well-resolved work across multi-residential and urban projects. The focus is on clear design thinking backed by solid delivery.
They’re looking for someone who can move between early design stages and documentation without losing momentum. You’ll be working across live projects, contributing to both concept development and detailed resolution.
The role suits someone with around 3–5+ years’ experience who’s ready to take on more ownership, or a Project Leader looking for a stable, design-focused environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work across multi-residential projects from design through to documentation
- Assist with concept development and carry ideas into detailed design
- Produce and coordinate documentation within active project teams
- Liaise with consultants and contribute to project coordination
- Stay hands-on in Revit across all stages
CULTURE
A straightforward, professional studio environment. The team works closely together, projects are well structured and expectations are clear. It’s a place where you’re given responsibility but still have support around you.
REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture
- 3–5+ years post-graduate experience
- Multi-residential project experience
- Comfortable working across both design and documentation
- Strong Revit skills
- Australian working rights – No sponsorship
A good move for someone looking to build on their experience and get broader exposure across projects without the noise.
