The Role
This is a hands-on Site Manager position overseeing a range of defence and secure-site projects across Sydney. You will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing site safety and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
This is ongoing contract work with consistent project flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across a variety of projects
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
- Ensure compliance with site safety, quality and programme requirements
- Manage site documentation, inductions and reporting
- Liaise with project managers, clients and stakeholders
- Drive programme and ensure timely delivery
- Active NV1 Defence Clearance (essential)
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within building, remedial or fit-out projects
- Strong background managing subcontractors and site coordination
- Solid understanding of safety systems and documentation
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in live environments
- Available for ongoing contract work
