They’re looking for an Architect who can sit comfortably between design and delivery. Someone who enjoys being hands-on, contributing to design outcomes, but also understands how projects are built and documented properly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working across multiple stages — from early design through to delivery
- Not getting boxed into any one sector, work a project start to finish and jump into a different area
- Collaborating closely with senior leaders on design development
- Taking ownership of packages and coordinating with consultants
- Contributing to a strong studio culture that values ideas and input
- Registered Architect (or close to it)
- Solid local experience across medium to large-scale projects
- Strong Revit capability
- Good design sensibility paired with technical confidence
- Someone proactive — not just waiting to be told what to do
- Genuinely design-led
- Large business but not a huge corporate machine
