Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end tender and contract process for utility-scale solar projects
- Prepare and issue RFQs / ITTs, including contractor onboarding and tender coordination
- Coordinate inputs and clarifications with development, technical, legal and HSE teams
- Lead commercial negotiations with preferred bidders, including risk allocation and cost review
- Recommend contract awards and support contract close-out and claims management
- Lead project meetings, stakeholder communications and regular reporting to project teams
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in renewable energy or construction, ideally within an EPC or similar environment
- Strong experience with commercial and contractual negotiations on utility-scale projects
- Additional Asian languages proficiency (such as Korean, Mandarin or Japanese) is highly preferred due to regular commercial engagement with regional EPCs and project partners.
- Exposure to projects connected to MV and HV networks
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex projects
- Solid understanding of construction project management systems and procedures
- Work on large-scale, high-impact renewable energy projects across the APAC region
- High level of autonomy and commercial ownership with a technically strong team
- Strong pipeline of work within an established global brand
