About The Role
- Project Manager vacancy reporting in the Director and Operations Manager.
- Working on high-end home construction projects to $5m.
- Office based role in Mona Vale.
- Carry out site visits as required anywhere between Palm Beach and Mosman.
- Salary between $120k and $155k + super.
Duties
- Manage projects from tender to completion.
- Client, architect and other stakeholder liaison.
- Assist in the development of construction programs.
- Support Site Managers.
- Monitor cost budgets.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and standards.
- Monitor and review Work Health and Safety.
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years residential project management experience.
- Ability to manage residential construction projects through all stages from start to finish.
- Knowledge of Australian building codes, standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills.
