The Opportunity
This role suits a Chartered Associate Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Hydraulic) with a strong network and proven ability to generate new business. As a senior leader, you’ll bring in clients, lead complex projects, and mentor emerging engineers. This is a position for someone ready to teach, lead, and expand—not learn. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth across NSW through technical excellence and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects within your discipline
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Mentor and develop engineers at all levels
- Support strategic planning and client management
- 7–12+ years’ experience in building services
- Chartered (CPEng) and registered under state schemes
- Strong client network and business development record
- Proven leadership and mentoring ability
- Commercially minded with a focus on quality delivery
