Known for their family-feel culture and hands-on, approachable management team, they are now expanding and seeking Facade Foreman to join their growing site teams.
Position Overview
Due to a strong pipeline of both new and ongoing projects, there is an immediate need for Facade Foremnan.
Reporting to the Site Manager and working closely with the General Foreman, you will be responsible for managing all external facade works including cladding, glazing, waterproofing, and structural framing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the program to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all facade elements
- Coordinate and manage daily site operations and facade subcontractors
- Maintain accurate site diaries, reporting, and forecasts
- Ensure OH&S policies are implemented and upheld on-site
- Uphold high standards of quality assurance across all external works
- Collaborate with senior site and project management teams
- Trade qualification (Carpentry, Cladding, or related trade preferred)
- Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractors
- Strong knowledge of facade systems and external packages
- Excellent subcontractor coordination and site leadership abilities
- Confident in managing safety, compliance, and reporting
