Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for a variety of infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and review tender documentation, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on contract administration, resolve any contractual matters, and mitigate risks associated with project costs.
- Prepare and submit detailed cost reports, valuations, and progress claims in line with project milestones.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, particularly in infrastructure projects.
- Excellent letter writing and communication skills, with the ability to effectively handle contractual matters.
- A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
