Our client is an international plumbing company that has been operating for over 25 years. They are currently taking on more work in their maintenance division and due to an increased workload, they are looking at hiring an accounts payable assistant.
Responsibilities
- Adhering to induction and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and related documentation.
- Liaise with clients and tradespeople
- Project admin and support as required
- Data entry
- Must be computer literate and have experience with MS Excel, Projects, Word and Outlook
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to communicate effectively on the phone
- Good communication skills
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to problem-solve
- Immediate start
