BIM Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join the delivery team on a $100M+ high-end Class 2 residential apartment project located on Sydney&rsquo;s Lower North Shore. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of the finishing stages on a design-driven luxury development, working with a quality-focused Tier 2 builder known for strong systems and well-run sites. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Take ownership of all finishing trades from late structure through to practical completion, including internal and external finishes, services fit-off, and architectural detailing</li> <li>Coordinate and sequence finishing subcontractors (carpentry, joinery, linings, waterproofing, tiling, painting, fa&ccedil;ades, services fit-off) to meet key program milestones</li> <li>Drive high-quality outcomes through detailed inspections, QA sign-offs, and proactive defect identification and close-out to ensure a smooth PC and handover</li> <li>Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to maintain the finishing program, manage short-term look-aheads, and resolve on-site constraints</li> <li>Maintain a safe work environment during high-risk finishing stages, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements, SWMS, and site safety standards</li> <li>Assist with consultant inspections, authority approvals, and client walk-throughs, ensuring finishes meet design intent and approval standards</li> <li>Manage finishing-stage documentation including ITPs, checklists, defects lists, and handover documentation using Procore, Aconex, or similar systems</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman or Foreman delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects ($50M+)</li> <li>Strong background managing finishing trades through to completion on multi-residential builds</li> <li>Ability to drive program, quality, and subcontractor performance on site</li> <li>Confident communicator with the ability to coordinate trades and liaise with site and project teams</li> <li>Solid understanding of construction sequencing, WHS, and finishing-stage delivery</li> <li>Experience using Procore, Aconex, or similar construction systems</li> </ul> What&rsquo;s on Offer <ul> <li>Key role on a $100M+ luxury residential project</li> <li>Attractive salary package aligned with experience</li> <li>Join a builder with a strong pipeline of high-quality residential work</li> <li>Supportive team environment with long-term career progression</li> </ul> If you&rsquo;d like to find out more, call 0450 298 801 or send through your CV to jordan.shirley@acrworld.com
