Liam has over 9 years experience working in the Rail and Civil Engineering industries in the UK.
He has a background of supporting clients on major Infrastructure projects such as HS2 (High Speed 2) and the London Underground Crossrail project. The types of projects that he has supported clients with in the past has included, station upgrades, platform extensions, bridge replacement/ refurbishments and general highway improvement works. These have included working with major tier-one companies right the way through to more specialist sub-contractors.
Alongside recruitment he has also supported clients with their induction processes, assistance with contractual obligations/ KPIs & SLAs, in-house direct payment models and support with tenders. He started his recruitment career covering recruitment for general construction trades and labor roles and over the years has progressed into supporting his clients with their white-collar vacancies.
Liam has a great understanding of all positions and their roles and responsibilities on site and in the office. Job Roles: Site Supervisor, Foreman, Site Manager, Site Engineer (All Levels), Construction Manager, Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
