James has been working in recruitment for 20 years within the property, engineering and construction industries. He has personally recruited permanent and contract staff at all levels from Graduates to Directors, delivering start-to-finish search services to clients in the private and public sectors.
He managed target-hitting teams and consultants with varying levels of experience from Resourcer to Associate Director across multiple disciplines including Civil & Structural Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Building Surveying, M&E Maintenance / Facilities Management and Construction.
He joined ACRWORLD to manage the delivery of recruitment services within Property Development, where he works with companies resource Development Managers, Project Managers, Investment & Finance specialists, and Sales & Marketing professionals. Outside of work James enjoys socialising with friends and watching sports - football (Tottenham fan), cricket and rugby.
