Eleanor completed a Bachelor of Media and Communications, where she discovered a passion for collaborating on team projects and facilitating system adoption.
She works closely with our Operations Manager to assist our team of 60+ recruiters and drive strategic business operations. Her role involves providing crucial operational, systems administration, and onboarding support to the back-office team.
Her strengths lie in quickly understanding how new systems integrate into wider business functions and working with colleagues to implement new processes effectively.
In her spare time, Eleanor enjoys being actively involved at her local church, curling up with a good book and a cup of tea, going on coastal bushwalks with friends, working on her knitting and sewing projects, and writing.
