Hiring Practices

We believe in an inclusive and diverse work environment which is why we include hiring  practices that aim to attract and recruit candidates from various backgrounds. We are also actively seeking candidates from underrepresented groups, using an array of sourcing channels as well as implementing blind recruitment techniques to minimise unconscious biases.

Our company is dedicated to the training and development of our staff. We provide ongoing building and development programs that relate directly to diversity and inclusion. These programs focus on topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competence, and inclusive leadership.
